YOUR DREAM LIFE

Going back as early as I can remember, I have a dream to work with horses! To help horses and people, but I ended up in the financial profession for 25 years.

I was a very intuitive child and always felt at home with horses.

Especially the Arabians, it felt like we understood each other and that we were both

very misunderstood as highly sensitive and reactive individuals. But like so many others, I was molded to fit into society. Adapted to not be too different.

Chose an education that led to a job and a career,

to work with horses, wasn't a real job after all.

I was successful but with each passing year I became more and more exhausted. The job drained me of energy and that inner voice began to remind itself: "There has to be so much more to life than this?" I wanted a purpose! I wanted to wake up every day full of energy because I loved my job! I wanted to be able to have more time to do things that I enjoy.

I wanted to be able to spoil my family and not just work, struggle and pay bills to look forward to a few weeks of vacation a year.

I had the opportunity to buy my first, own horse when I was 38 years old. The Arabian Jeenial was my dream horse and with him I increasingly began to listen to what I wanted in life. To find my way back to real happiness I had to go back to my 3-year-old self. On a warm horse's back in Dalarna, or on grandfather's lap when he told stories about brave knights and jousting games. Jeenial and I started jousting and "in the Middle Ages"

I met Mats, my husband and soulmate, who had the same interests

and dreams like me.

For me, it took 25 years to create a change. Why?

I cared way too much about what everyone else said. But eventually the inner voice became so strong that I had to follow it. I jumped into the unknown to create the life of my dreams! My name is Ylwa Woxmark, I am 55 years old and a mother of three. I work with horses and people and we live on a horse farm in Dalarna.

And it doesn't have to take 25 years for you to follow YOUR dream.

OUR MOST COMMON OBSTACLES:

Inherited perceptions from our childhood and our family. I have discovered that it does not matter who you are and what you have done in your life to succeed in reaching your dream! Everything else you've been told is actually not true.
And the very best part is
that you are never too old to start!

OBSTACLE ONE: INHERITED PERCEPTIONS

The habit of setting goals that we know we can achieve. We often set goals that we know we can achieve. But the thing is, we need to set goals that are so big it scares the hell out of us! Goals which feel completely impossible to reach. Only then will the goal pull out things of you
you didn't think you had!

OBSTACLE TWO: NOT BIG ENOUGH GOALS

To stand in the way of oneself. If we have a poor self-image, we become our own limitation. We doubt that we are worth what we desire, we doubt that we will be able to cope with what we want, we have difficulty making decisions and we have difficulty setting boundaries with others.
This you can change!

OBSTACLE THREE: STANDING IN YOUR OWN WAY
